2.1 By accessing winluck.vip, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the winluck platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any supplementary terms, rules, and policies referenced herein.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the winluck platform. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations. winluck actively enforces this requirement through identity verification procedures. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently closed and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

To register a winluck account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on a Philippine government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and residential address. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one winluck account. winluck employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate registrations. If duplicate accounts are identified, winluck reserves the right to close all secondary accounts, void any winnings accrued on duplicate accounts, and apply any forfeited balances in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). winluck is required by PAGCOR and Philippine AML regulations to verify the identity of all Members. You agree to provide any documentation requested by winluck, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (PhilSys national ID, driver's license, passport, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will restrict account functions, including withdrawal processing.
3.5 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered account information. Changes to your registered name, mobile number, or bank/e-wallet details must be reported to winluck customer support and may require additional verification.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winluck account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. winluck strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
4.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party. winluck will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email to request your password. Any communication claiming to be from winluck and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
4.3 You agree to notify winluck immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your winluck account. winluck is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or your failure to notify winluck of a security breach in a timely manner.
4.4 winluck reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account that shows signs of unauthorized access, suspicious login activity, or potential compromise, pending security review and identity re-verification.
Use a strong, unique password for your winluck account that you do not use on any other website. Do not log in to winluck on shared devices or public networks without appropriate protection. Access winluck only via winluck.vip — verify the URL before entering credentials.
5.1 Deposits. winluck accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven. Minimum deposit amounts, processing times, and any applicable service fees are detailed on the winluck Cashier page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the winluck platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). winluck does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Exchange rates, where applicable, are applied at the point of transaction and are non-negotiable.
5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. To process a withdrawal from your winluck account, all of the following conditions must be met:

Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay) — typically 30 to 60 minutes. These are target timeframes, not guarantees. 5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the winluck Cashier page. winluck reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures, request additional documentation, or place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in accordance with PAGCOR AML requirements.
5.6 Refused Withdrawals. winluck reserves the right to refuse or reverse a withdrawal request if: the Member has violated any provision of these Terms; the funds are subject to an AML review; or the withdrawal destination does not match the Member's verified identity.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. An account is classified as dormant if it has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months. winluck may impose an administrative fee on dormant accounts. Members with dormant accounts will be notified by registered email at least 30 days before any fee is applied.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available to winluck Members are subject to specific terms governing eligibility, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of this Agreement by reference.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement represents the total amount a Member must stake using the bonus balance before the remaining balance converts to withdrawable real-money funds. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — full details are available in the winluck Promotions section.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. winluck monitors accounts for bonus abuse including, but not limited to, the following:
Where bonus abuse is detected, winluck reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the Member's account, and withhold or recover any fraudulently obtained funds.
6.4 Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry date after which uncompleted bonus balances will be forfeited automatically. winluck will endeavor to notify Members of approaching bonus expiry, but it is the Member's responsibility to track the status of their bonuses.
6.5 Amendments to Promotions. winluck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including its terms and wagering requirements, with reasonable notice where operationally practicable. Members who have accepted a promotion in good faith will be notified of material changes that adversely affect their ability to complete the associated wagering requirement.
7.1 Each game available on the winluck platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules prevail in respect of that game's operation.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, software fault, or any other failure that results in incorrect odds, game results, or payout calculations, winluck reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Members' accounts. winluck is not liable for any claimed losses arising from a malfunction that is corrected in accordance with this clause.
7.3 Connection Issues. winluck is not responsible for bets lost or game sessions interrupted due to the Member's internet connection failure. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game, the game outcome will be determined based on the state of the game at the time of disconnection, as recorded by winluck's servers. Server records are the definitive source of truth in all disputes involving disconnection.
7.4 Bet Limits. All games on the winluck platform have minimum and maximum bet limits that are displayed within the game interface. winluck reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. VIP members may be subject to separate limit agreements as communicated by their winluck account manager.
7.5 Disputed Results. If a Member believes a game result is incorrect, a dispute must be raised with winluck customer support within 72 hours of the game session in question. Disputes raised outside this window may not be reviewable. winluck's decision on disputed results, following reasonable investigation, is final and binding.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winluck platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

10.1 All content on the winluck platform — including but not limited to the winluck brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of winluck or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the winluck platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10.3 You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the winluck platform without express prior written consent from winluck.
10.4 Third-party game content on the winluck platform is licensed from respective game providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. winluck's license to use such content does not extend to Members.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winluck's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Member's account, or the use of the winluck platform shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in the Member's account at the time the claim arises.
11.2 winluck shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with: access to or use of the winluck platform; the inability to access or use the winluck platform; unauthorized access to or alteration of a Member's account; any game outcome or transaction on the platform; or any other matter relating to the winluck platform.
11.3 winluck does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, updates, and third-party service interruptions may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific game categories.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit winluck's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.
12.1 winluck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if winluck reasonably believes that the Member has violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in any prohibited activity, provided false registration information, or poses a risk to winluck, other Members, or the integrity of the platform.
12.2 Upon permanent closure of an account for breach, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, winluck may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Bonus balances are forfeited immediately upon account closure for breach.
12.3 Members in good standing may close their winluck account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after completion of any pending KYC or AML review.
12.4 winluck may also terminate access to the platform as required by PAGCOR directive, court order, or any other applicable regulatory or legal requirement.
13.1 winluck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Members' rights, obligations, or the overall character of the agreement — winluck will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via registered email and an in-platform notification banner.
13.2 For non-material changes (such as clarifications of existing provisions, typographical corrections, or updates required by regulatory changes), winluck may update these Terms with immediate effect and will provide notice at the earliest practicable opportunity.
13.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be available at winluck.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the winluck platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.4 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the winluck platform immediately and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or related to a Member's use of the winluck platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to applicable PAGCOR regulations, the Civil Code of the Philippines, and relevant anti-money laundering legislation.
14.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Member's account, or any game played on the winluck platform shall first be submitted to winluck's internal dispute resolution process. Members may submit a formal dispute by contacting winluck support with a detailed written description of the issue, the relevant transaction IDs, and the resolution sought.
14.3 winluck will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within 2 business days and will endeavor to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Where the issue requires escalated review, winluck will notify the Member of the extended timeline.
14.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved through winluck's internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory review, or to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
